Integrated Classroom Contact Program

1. Kindly fill correct details like email, address, phone numbers & mobile numbers in the applicable forms provided and institute reserved the right to contact and send important updates on your mobile / email / postal address.
2. Parents are advised to visit our website www.vibrantacdemy.com regularly to keep you updated with important information and student academic performance.
3. Student Review test result is also sent to parent/students though SMS on their provided mobile number.
4. Student will attend the classes in their own batches only, not doing so will be resulted into suspension or termination from the institute without any relaxation and no request in this regard will be entertained under any circumstances.
5. Admit Card for Entrance test will be available three days before the test date on our website, candidate can download the same. We do not send admit card by post.
6. If the student indulges in any kind of unfair or unsocial activity, it is the responsibility of the students and his parent only. The institute bears no responsibility for the same.
7. Commutation to institute will be the sole responsibility of the student. If any mishap occurs during travelling to the institute, it is sole responsibility of the student.
8. For Kota Centre: Medium of instruction for Micro, Nano, Mega & Googol (Main & Advanced) and Pearl, Ruby, Diamond (Main Only) courses is English and Hindi. For Edge Division Courses medium of instruction is English only. For Other Study Centres: The medium of instruction for all courses is English only.
9. Off line Registration Form: Photograph of applicant, signature of applicant and father/guardian on both sides of registration form is must; otherwise registration form will be rejected.
10. Online Registration Form: Photograph of applicant as per given size & format, scanned signature of applicant and father/guardian as per given size and format or any other document required to upload at the time of form filling.
11. Student is not allowed to carry any valuable electronic gadgets in the institute. The institute is not responsible for any loss/theft of the same in the institute.
12. Use of mobile phone inside institute premises is strictly prohibited. Student found using mobile phone in the institute premises will be fined of Rs. 500/- and mobile phone will also be forfeited.
13. Please check your application status on our website, getting a telephonic reply in this regard may be time consuming due to heavy rush on telephone lines.
14. The course material whatever is given to the student during the course of study at Vibrant Academy, shall not be given to anyone else for any purpose whatsoever.
15. Every student must produce his/her l-card while entering into the Institute premises. Student without I card will not be allowed to attend the classes. Duplicate l-card will be issued on cash payment of fine of Rs.200/- in case if a student looses l-card.
16. In case any student is found seeking admission by unfair means, his/her admission will be cancelled with immediate effect and no refund of fee/caution money etc will be made under any circumstances.
17. Institute reserves the right to use the photograph and name for publicity in case the student secures position / success in any exam.
18. Admission in Vibrant Academy does not assure of admission to in any IIT’s / NIT’s / Other Engineering institutes.
19. Institute reserves the right to make any change in its Course Programs / Fee / Course Commencement Date / Venue / Test Timings / deny for admission, without assigning any reason or prior notice.
20. Vibrant Academy reserves the right to modify / cancel / add any scholarship any time without any prior notice. Award of scholarship & rebate in course will be at the sole discretion of Vibrant Academy.
21. Fee Refund / Cancellation of Admission:
    Refund of fee as per the institute refund policy. Refund request through E-mail / fax / Telephone / mobile / SMS / verbal will not be entertained. Refund request will be processed for those students who will submit the refund request in the prescribed form, which is available at office.
22. Fee Deposition:
    1. Fee can be deposited by Credit / Debit / Net Banking at www.vibrantacademy.com. Convenience fee may be charged / levied on online payments by various payment methods available on our website. Please evaluate all the options before proceeding.
    2. Fee can be deposited through HDFC Bank Challan, bank challan available on our website; bank charges Rs. 30/- per transaction / challan are also payable.
    3. Fee can be deposited through Demand Draft / Pay order / Cheque in favour of “Vibrant Academy (I) Pvt Ltd” payable at Kota.
    4. In case of Cash PAN & AADHAR card copy must be required.
    5. Free is payble in installments as per schedule.
23. 18% Goods & Service Tax has been charged as per current prevailing rates. In case of change in rate of GST announced by Government, the difference will be charged accordingly.
24. Any legal matter/dispute is subject to Kota City (Rajasthan) Jurisdiction only.

Terms and Conditions for Scholarship

1. Vibrant Academy reserves the right to modify / cancel / add any scholarship any time without any prior notice. Award of scholarship & rebate in course will be at the sole discretion of Vibrant Academy.
2. The Total Course Fee is inclusive of Tuition Fee, GST and Caution Money (if applicable).
3. All Scholarships are applicable only on Tuition Fee.
4. A student can avail only one scholarship during his/her entire academic session (in one course) of Vibrant Academy. In case a student is eligible for more than one scholarship under different criteria, he/she can avail the scholarship amount whichever is higher, after submission of all relevant documents.
5. For Scholarship On the basis of (School / Board / Other Performance): Mark sheet / Certificate (Compulsory) should be attested by the principal of the school last attended or where the student is presently studying.
6. Once if student is awarded scholarship if any (at the time of Admission / Fee deposition), it cannot be changed in future in any circumstances whatsoever & no request in this regard will be entertained in future.
7. Scholarship will be awarded to only those students who have selected/qualified in Vibrant Scholarship cum Admission Test
8. Googol Course students can avail scholarship on the basis of different scholarship criteria as mentioned separately.
9. All the scholarships are subjected to confirmation of admission only in Vibrant Academy and it will be adjusted in your respective course fee.
10. There is no scholarship for Two/Three Year Program except VSAT Scholarship.
11. *Real Brother / Sister of Vibrant Alumni from IIT / NIT may avail a scholarship of 10% (not exceeding Rs.15000) For JEE (Main + Advanced) Courses only.
12. There is no scholarship and rebate for IRP Courses (Short Term Program / Crash Course).

13. Rebate:

    • Rs.5000/- (One Year Program), Rs. 7500/- (Two Year Program) & Rs.15000/- (Three Year Program) rebate on Onetime payment (All instalments). Rebate is applicable on Balance Amount after adjustment of scholarship if any (For JEE Main + Advanced Courses Only).
    Note : If the total course fee, after scholarship/Concession is less than or equal to Rs.100000/- (One Year Program), Rs.200000/- (Two Year Program) & Rs.250000/- (Three Year Program), no rebate (any) will be applicable in that case.

14. Siblings :

    • Old Vibrant Student’s Brother / Sister
      Rs. 15000 extra fee concession for Real Brother / Sister of alumnus (Old Student of Vibrant) All Class Room courses.
    • Both in Senior Division
      Rs. 7500/- extra fee concession for each any two Real Brother / Sister studying in Vibrant Academy in class XI, XII and XIII.
    • One in Senior Division another one in Edge Division
      Rs. 5000/- (For XI, XII & XIII) & Rs. 2000/- (For VIII, IX & X) extra fee concession for each any two Real Brother / Sister studying in Vibrant Academy in respective course.
    • Both in Edge Division
      Rs. 2000/- extra fee concession for each any two Real Brother / Sister studying in Vibrant Academy Edge Division in class VII to X.
